Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software and digital content cannot be returned.
- Final Sale items are non-returnable.
3.Return Process
- For in-store/online purchases, please visit our store at Jamia Shopping Mall, Kimathi Street, 2nd Floor, Suite 8 or Call/WhatsApp Us on 0729 290 906. Our customer service team will assist you with the return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping & delivery costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
4.Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven(7) business days.
- Shipping or Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact our customer service or visit our store.
6. Defective Products
- If your Apple product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the defective item and getting a replacement or a refund.
- Defective products can also be serviced directly through Apple under their limited warranty or AppleCare (if applicable).
7. AppleCare and Warranty
- Returns or exchanges do not affect your AppleCare plan or Apple’s warranty coverage. If you need support with AppleCare or warranty service, please contact Apple directly or visit the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider.
