Delivery Options
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order arrives as quickly and conveniently as possible:
- Within Nairobi CBD: Free of charge and same-day delivery on all orders above Kes.5,000.
- Outside Nairobi CBD: Delivery within 1 - 2 business days with a flat rate fee of Kes.500.(Depending on location & distance)
- Pickup Station: Available for select location – Jamia Shopping Mall, Kimathi Street, 2nd Floor, Suite No.8
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 6:00PM on business days (Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 6:00PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
